2. Review — We’ll double-check your image(s) for clarity and formatting. If we notice anything that could affect the final litho, we’ll reach out.
3. Production — Once everything is set, we begin printing. Each lithophane is made-to-order with care.
4. Fulfillment — Orders typically ship in 5–7 business days (standard) unless noted otherwise.

❓ FAQs

Do I need to upload more than one image?
Nope! A single clear image works great. But you’re welcome to send multiple if you’d like us to help choose.

What if my photo was too large to upload?
Most modern phone photos fit our form. If yours didn’t, reply to your order email and we’ll send you an alternate upload link.

How will I know my order is progressing?
We’ll send an update when your lithophane moves into production, and another once it ships. You’ll also get a tracking number.

Can I change my photo after uploading?
Yes, but please reach out within 24 hours of submission. After we start production, we can’t swap images.

What if I want more lithophanes later?
Great question — you can always order additional prints using the same or new images.
